Franz Cobos is the owner and managing partner of the Cobos Law Firm in New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and has dedicated his practice to representing clients in the core areas of Family Law, Immigration Law, and Business Law.
With over two decades of experience, Mr. Cobos has practiced in both New York and New Jersey. He is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Essex County, and the League of United Latin American Citizens.
Mr. Cobos is recognized as an aggressive and effective litigator and is highly rated by numerous attorney rating organizations. Previously, he served as a mentor and Teaching Fellow at his alma mater, Seton Hall University School of Law.
