Our namesake attorney, David Jay Glassman, honed his litigation skills as a deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania and a prosecutor in Atlantic County, New Jersey. This dual‐perspective background equips us to anticipate the government’s approach, craft preemptive defenses, and spot procedural or evidentiary errors that can yield favorable results.
Our state-court practice addresses New Jersey’s distinct classification of crimes: indictable offenses adjudicated in Superior Court, disorderly person offenses in municipal courts, and DUI/motor vehicle matters.
