Prior to attending law school she received her Paralegal Certificate with Honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University and undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts, in Criminal Justice with a minor in sociology from Radford University in 1991. Ms. Neggia has successfully handled a wide variety of cases and has extensive experience in the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, formerly the Division of Youth and Family Services, as a parental rights attorney and a child advocate. She is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University in the Center for Child Advocacy Department, volunteers her time at the County College of Morris Women's Center, and serves on a pro bono basis as a victim’s attorney for the New Jersey Battered Women’s Service.
