Alec Q. Duffy - Nutley, NJ

Alec joined the firm in October of 2025. Alec works in a variety of civil litigation practice areas and focuses on municipality defense and representation of businesses and individuals with a concentration on matters concerning personal injury and contracts. Alec has a background in personal injury litigation, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy and residential real estate matters. Alec is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

While a student at Delaware Law School in 2023, Alec was Vice President of the American Constitutional Society, Treasurer of the Brehon Law Society and a Member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. Alec held a Certified Legal Internship position with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Child Support Enforcement Unit. Prior to attending law school, Alec graduated from Temple University in 2020 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Certificate in Music Technology.
