Craig is a seasoned trial attorney who has spent nearly three decades representing individuals whose lives have been changed by catastrophic injuries. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Craig concentrates his practice on personal injury and complex civil litigation, including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, slip and falls, construction site and workplace injuries, nursing home neglect and other matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries.

Craig brings a distinctive perspective to representing injured clients. He began his legal career working with an insurance defense firm where he gained firsthand insight into the manner in which insurance companies investigate, evaluate and defend claims. Since moving to the plaintiffs' side of the bar in 1998, he has devoted his career to using that experience to advocate for people injured through the negligence of others.

Despite the defense's contention that the impact was insufficient to have caused the claimed permanent injuries, Craig took the case to trial and secured a substantial verdict for his client.

Craig is equally comfortable negotiating across a conference room table as he is advocating before a jury. His extensive experience handling cases from initial investigation through discovery, depositions, expert testimony, mediation, arbitration and trial allows him to anticipate the arguments likely to be advanced by opposing counsel and to prepare accordingly.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey has certified Craig as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 2015, a designation recognizing attorneys who have demonstrated substantial experience, knowledge and skill in civil trial practice. Certification is not based simply upon years in practice. To qualify, an attorney must have been a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar for at least five years, satisfy continuing legal education requirements, demonstrate substantial experience in civil trial matters, receive favorable evaluations from attorneys and judges familiar with the attorney's work, and successfully complete a written examination covering civil trial practice. The certification program was established by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to assist members of the public in identifying attorneys who have demonstrated a significant level of competence and experience in a particular area of law.
