I am a retired New Jersey Superior Court judge and of counsel with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group LLC. I have practiced law for over 42 years and for a decade served in the superior court where I handled countless family matters. I am a dedicated professional with extraordinary skills which I utilize to achieve focused results. Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey sitting in Morris and Sussex Counties. Assignments included Criminal Division, Drug Court, Family Division, Civil Division and Supervising Judge of the Special Civil Part. I provided mentorship to newly appointed judges, law enforcement officers, law clerks and interns. I have made numerous public presentations to professional groups, students including grammar, high school and college students. I served from 2010 to 2020. Judge of the Municipal Court including East Hanover, Mt. Olive, Chester, Victory Gardens and the Joint Court of Dover including Rockaway, Mine Hill, Wharton and Mt. Arlington from 1988 to 2010.Former president of Women's Haven & Family Services from 1980-84 which was a non-profit organization helping battered women. I received the Statewide Volunteer of the Year Award in 1984 from the NJ Coalition for Battered Women. I am an adjunct professor at Montclair State University in the Justice Studies Department.
