Overview
Brian B. Horan has been a Bergen County resident for several years after living in Hoboken, New Jersey. Mr. Horan graduated from Indiana University, where he received a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1996, and earned a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 2000.
After graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Horan began his legal career at a Bergen County plaintiff’s firm, representing clients in personal injury and other civil litigation matters from inception to trial. Mr. Horan also worked at a New York City insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable experience and insight into how defense counsel and insurance companies strategize in personal injury cases. Since joining Fusco & Macaluso Attorneys at Law. In 2019 Mr. Horan continues to be an aggressive and zealous advocate for his clients in a wide range of cases, ranging from automobile and slip and fall accidents to dram shop liability and hostile workplace cases.
