Roy R. Macaluso - Passaic, NJ

Roy Macaluso, Esquire is the Managing Partner and co-Founder of Fusco & Macaluso Attorneys at Law. Roy is passionate and a determined advocate for his clients, with almost 30 years of experience with the law.

Roy graduated from Rider University Business School in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Commerce Degree. He continued his education at Villanova University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1987. After passing the New Jersey and New York bar exams, Roy began his legal career at the international corporate law firm of Ahearn and Van Heenstra in New York, New York. There he represented notable clients such as Kinney Parking and multiple European corporations seeking to invest in the United States. Roy then joined the firm of Maloof, Lebowitz and Bubb, P.A. in New Jersey, where he remained for two years. After about two years, Roy decided to put his talent and expertise toward a more fulfilling career, helping the injured. He then joined the law firm of Weiner and Ryan, P.A. in New Jersey, where he was able to champion the rights of injured individuals.

Roy made his final career move in 1993 when he joined the firm of A.J. Fusco, Jr., P.A. Today he is the first and only partner in the firm, now known as Fusco & Macaluso Attorneys at Law. The firm has five offices throughout New York and New Jersey and specializes in plaintiff’s personal injury and high-profile criminal defense. The firm has represented many well known clients such as former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson, Bobby Cycz, Chuck Wepner and automobile manufacturer Automobile Lamborghini.
