Overview
Kristin serves as “of counsel” to the firm and focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled. Since she began practicing in 2013, she has assisted countless individuals in securing Social Security disability benefits. Throughout her career, she has appeared at over 1,000 hearings on behalf of disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges across the nation.
Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in psychology from Villanova University in 2009. She went on to receive her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court.
Following law school, Kristin spent six years at a large nationwide Social Security Disability firm, eventually serving as a lead attorney and manager. Since joining Lipari & Deiter, she continues to handle social security and disability cases, providing hands-on, personalized attention to each client.
Kristin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of both the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
