Overview
Helen is an attorney practicing in several areas of business law providing valued support to our commercial clients in the United States and around the globe. Helen previously worked for the Fleming Ruvoldt PLLC as an associate attorney, and as a student research fellow to the Center for Policy and Research with Seton Hall Law School. Helen joined Bayne Law after developing commercial legal experience as a solo practitioner in the Princeton area.
A graduate of Seton Hall Law School in 2016, Helen graduated cum laude. Prior to her U.S. legal career, Helen also earned a LLM degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and Juris Master degree from Fudan University School of Law, Bachelor of Arts degree from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
Helen is the member of New Jersey Bar Association and New York City Bar Association.
Helen is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
