Gladys J. Rosario - Red Bank, NJ

Gladys J. Rosario is an Associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. and practices out of the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Gladys concentrates her practice on all aspects of employment litigation, including, but not limited to, matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

Prior to joining McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., Gladys was a civil litigator and focused her practice on civil rights matters, creditors' rights, and general litigation. She has represented private organizations, public entities, and individuals in both state and federal courts in New Jersey.

Gladys moved from California to New Jersey to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. During law school, Gladys served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Morris Smith of the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division, where she conducted legal research, wrote legal memoranda, and drafted an unpublished judicial opinion. Gladys was active in law school and, upon graduation, was honored with a First-Year Legal Writing Award, as well as a Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service and the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Award. Gladys was also a Hunter Moot Court Oral Argument Finalist, a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow, and a Social Justice Scholar. In addition, Gladys served as a Co-President and President of the Latin American Law Student Alliance (ALIANZA) and worked part-time at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk.

Before law school, Gladys worked in various legal roles, including in-house at Adobe, Inc., for the nonprofit Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, and as well for several law firms.

In her free time, Gladys enjoys hiking in nature, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones and dog.
