Overview
JANICE DAVIS MILLER is a graduate of Douglass College and Temple University School of Law and is a founding partner of the firm. Her areas of practice are Family Law with a concentration on Collaborative Divorce, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) and Estate Administration. Ms. Miller has been recognized for her expertise in Family Law and Domestic Violence Law by a Joint Resolution from the N.J. Assembly and N.J. Senate, along with receiving the N.J. Women of Achievement Award, an award for her contribution to the development of Family Law from the Monmouth Bar Association, and a Citation from the U.S. House of Representatives. She has lectured on the subject of Family Law and Domestic Violence Law for the N.J. Institute of Continuing Education, Douglass College, Rutgers University, Rowan University and has been a guest on various television and radio shows devoted to Family Law and Domestic Violence. One of Ms. Miller's cases was the subject of a book and miniseries entitled In A Child's Name.
