Stephanie Palladino - Red Bank, NJ

Stephanie Palladino rejoined the firm in July, 2021 after first developing and managing the firm's mortgage loan closing and settlement department in the early 2000s. Stephanie primarily now manages and coordinates mortgage loan closings in New York and New Jersey for the firm's mortgage loan clientele as well as supporting the firms attorneys with New York residential real estate purchases and sales.

Stephanie's extensive experience includes having worked for New York City area law firms that handled matters spanning the real estate industry. She served as operations manager for one of the largest NYC law firms where she managed that firm's entire loan closing department. She also has served as a division manager for the collateral/payoff division of Chase Bank. Throughout her career Stephanie has also worked for title companies where she handled title matters ranging from title review, clearance, recording, and settlement for residential and commercial real estate and loan closings in New York and New Jersey. She is well versed in title, real estate and settlement procedures, preparing NY CEMAs and subordinations all of which is available to the firm's mortgage lending clients to assist them in proving their borrowers with exceptional service.

Stephanie attended St. John's University where she earned a BS in paralegal studies with double minors in criminal justice and business administration. She is also a notary public.
