Mr. Caccavale graduated from Rutgers University with a Master of Business Administration (concentrating in finance). He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with a J.D. and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1990; and the Florida Bar in 2007.

Mr. Cacccavale’s business background includes employment as a financial analyst for corporate executive management for a national corporation, and as a product development financial analyst for a retail management consulting company. He also worked in the accounting field with a national accounting firm in the areas of estate and trust administration and taxation. Mr. Caccavale has also served as a financial consultant to the Rutgers University Small Business Development Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Mr. Caccavale began his legal career at Horn, Kaplan, Goldberg, Gorny, and Daniels, PA in Atlantic City, New Jersey in the firm’s commercial transaction department. He represented debtors, creditors, and creditor committees through bankruptcy reorganizations and receivership proceedings with LaPenna, Teitelbaum & Caccavale, P.C. in Clifton, New Jersey. Mr. Caccavale was a partner at Teitelbaum & Caccavale, PC in Bloomfield, NJ where he concentrated his practice in commercial and corporate law, estate planning and administration, and bankruptcy and insolvency law. Prior to coming to the firm Mr. Caccavale was a partner at Rudolph & Kayal, PA in Manasquan, New Jersey continuing his areas of practice in commercial transactions, business litigation, and trusts and estates.
