Lydia S. Latona is an Associate at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC. Prior to joining the firm in January 2016, Lydia had practiced exclusively in Family Law for more than a decade representing and counseling clients regarding alimony and child support, equitable distribution, child custody and parenting time, in addition to post-judgment enforcement and issues arising from changed circumstances. Lydia is a conscientious and dedicated professional. Currently, most of Lydia’s time is spent utilizing her knowledge of family law in the representation of clients on appeal to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. In addition, Lydia specializes in the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial agreements and settlement agreements.
