Overview
Amar later resigned to pursue a law degree. Upon graduation, Amar began his law career at the law firm of Trenk, DiPasquale, Della Fera & Sodono, P.C. concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. Amar has successfully represented secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, bankruptcy trustees, and purchasers of assets in all types of bankruptcies.
Amar received his B.S. and B.A. degrees, summa cum laude, in accounting and psychology from Rutgers University. He received his Law Degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University—School of Law.
As an attorney and a CPA, Amar’s unique skill set allows for a deeper understanding of his clients’ financial position thereby allowing for a more effective representation.
