Albert Asphall has lectured for the New Jersey Association for Justice on public entity litigation, including presentations on Title 59, public entity defenses, and proving actual and constructive notice of dangerous conditions. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Albert Asphall is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association, National Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Jamaica Organization of New Jersey. He also serves on the District XI Ethics Committee.
Albert Asphall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, baseball, reading, and working out.
