Daniel J. Buchheister, Esq. is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. As a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department, he concentrates his practice on ensuring that employees injured at work receive the benefits and compensation they deserve. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Daniel went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where he had the opportunity to study abroad in Sweden and Puerto Rico.
Daniel has experience in many of the Workers’ Compensation courts in Northern New Jersey and has placed “Orders Approving Settlement” on the record before several Workers’ Compensation judges. While attending law school, he worked as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Boston’s Code Enforcement Division & Housing Authority. As a Hearing Officer, Daniel was responsible for rendering decisions in cases that involved violations with fines of up to $75,000.
Daniel is admitted to practice in both the District and State Courts of New Jersey and is an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.
