Attorney Information

Overview

Manuel B. Sameiro, Jr., Esq. is a trusted trial lawyer and senior associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. He represents injured clients in New Jersey personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and other injuries caused by negligence. As an injury attorney with decades of courtroom experience, “Manny,” as most know him, brings judgment, preparation, and trial discipline of a longtime litigator to all his cases, clients, and their families.

Before joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2016, Manuel spent more than 25 years in the courtroom as an Assistant Prosecutor in Middlesex County, New Jersey, where he tried more than 150 cases and supervised other trial attorneys as a Trial Team Leader. Today, he uses that experience in civil personal injury litigation by carefully evaluating evidence, preparing cases for trial, working with experts, and advocating for people whose lives have been changed by serious accidents.

Manuel has successfully handled many cases for injured clients and their families, such as a $1 million settlement for a client hurt in a Paramus, New Jersey car accident during a Route 208 detour. The case involved unsafe passing and serious crash-related injuries, including traumatic brain injury and disc bulges. As an experienced NJ injury lawyer, Manuel retained medical professionals and expert analysis to help prove negligence and recover compensation for his client’s losses and damages.

Manuel is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark in 1988 and graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in 1985 with a double major in Economics and Finance. His academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Omicron Delta Epsilon.

Manuel is married with two adult children and an avid motorcyclist who enjoys time on the open road. He speaks both English and Portuguese.
