Ms. Higbee represents clients in general litigation; commercial litigation; probate litigation; family law (divorce, child custody, adoption); and landlord-tenant matters; in addition to non-litigation matters such as estate planning; consumer bankruptcies; residential real estate transactions; and lease and contract negotiation, drafting, and review matters.

In addition to her particular areas of strength, Rebecca represents clients in personal injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, and municipal court matters.
