Overview
Mr. Knudsen has been an associate at Durkin & Durkin, LLC since 2004. After law school, Mr. Knudsen served as a Bronx County Assistant District Attorney from 1986 1991. While an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Knudsen served in the Appellate Bureau, and then moved to trial work, trying to verdict over 20 criminal cases, including A-I Drug Felonies for the Special Narcotics Prosecutor of New York City. Mr. Knudsen was the Career Criminal Supervisor for the Special Narcotics Prosecutor when he left that office to enter private practice.
Mr. Knudsen's practice has focused primarily on personal-injury defense, including labor law cases, premises liability cases and automobile accident cases, as well as medical and dental malpractice defense. Since beginning his career in civil practice in 1991.
Mr. Knudsen has tried nearly 40 cases to verdict in addition to selecting juries on numerous other cases.
