She began clerking for a United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Jersey. After ten years training and experience working in large firm bankruptcy departments, she formed Ashford-Schael LLC to fill the void of highly experienced commercial bankruptcy attorneys practicing outside of large law firms.
