During 2009 I lost my job, we weren’t able to earn for quite some time, we fell far behind on our bills, our home was worth half of what we paid for it. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. With Darin and his team’s support, most notably, Amy Posyton, we were able to begin breathing a little easier due to the successful bankruptcy petition Darin drafted, submitted, represented and ultimately had approved through the court. With that behind us, Darin began working on a short sale of our dream home. Again, it was a very emotional time for our family. Knowing that, Darin was of great support and comforting. He ultimately negotiated with the bank, which resulted in us being able to walk away from the home without any additional financial repercussions.
