Overview

Mr. Craig handles civil, criminal and domestic litigation in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Craig also represents individuals in personal injury, criminal defense and domestic matters. Over the last decade, he has successfully represented seriously injured individuals in automobile accidents, premises liability and product liability claims, and employees who have been wrongfully or unfairly treated, obtaining significant jury verdicts, awards and settlements throughout the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Craig’s practice also includes representation of insurers, manufacturers and large and small businesses in products liability, commercial, contract, tort, warranty and employment litigation. In his defense practice, Mr. Craig has successfully defended and counseled manufacturers, product distributors, dealerships, and contractors at the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Craig also has significant experience handling all aspects of family litigation and mediation from divorce to custody and support to domestic violence and juvenile delinquency defense.
