Nathan Pederson is a dedicated attorney with a rich background in criminal and civil defense. Born in Wisconsin and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Nathan graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Business Administration prior to attending the University of New Mexico School of Law.

Prior to joining Jones Law Firm, Nathan most recently ran his own law office representing clients in a wide array of legal arenas. Nathan’s passion is representing clients facing criminal charges.

As a young lawyer Nathan learned the art of defending clients facing DWI and other traffic related charges. Nathan traveled the state presenting to criminal defense attorneys on new innovative ways to defend against a DWI charge. Away from work Nathan enjoys getting outside and exploring the beauty of New Mexico. Nathan along with his wife love to travel around our state embracing the culture and history that is abundant.
