I am a personal injury lawyer. I graduated first in my class at UNM Law School before starting my legal career. I then worked at one of the largest law firms in New Mexico, where I gained experience representing large corporations while learning from some of the best lawyers in the state.
I now focus my practice entirely on Plaintiffs' work, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and catastrophic-injury cases. I pride myself on being a zealous and creative advocate, who works tirelessly to provide my clients with excellent representation. My number one goal is to maximize the value of your case and get you the justice that you deserve.
In 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 I was listed on the New Mexico Super Lawyer’s Rising Star list, which is an honor that is given to only 2.5% of attorneys in my peer group.
Additionally, in 2019 and 2020, I was accepted into the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, which is a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state or region who are under the age of 40. Membership is extended solely to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile measured by objective and uniformly applied standards in compliance with state bar regulations.
When I am not at work, you will most likely find me spending time with my family - my wife Heather and our five kids. I am a lifelong New Mexican, and I don't intend to ever leave. I enjoy running, reading, and riding my bike all over Albuquerque.
