Overview
Benjamin W. Hill focuses his legal practice on personal injury, mass torts, civil rights/employment discrimination, and criminal defense. Benjamin is a skilled and passionate advocate for those who have been seriously injured, discriminated against, or criminally accused. He has been named to the New York Super Lawyers (Upstate) Rising Stars list and has been formally recognized for his pro bono services. Benjamin has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, teaching courses in criminal procedure, constitutional law, comparative criminal justice, and evidence.
Prior to joining Dreyer Boyajian LLP, Benjamin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Randolph F. Treece, Federal Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York, in Albany, New York. Benjamin graduated cum laude from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006, and summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2003. He was a 2005 Fulbright Scholarship recipient in Honduras and is fluent in Spanish.
Benjamin lives with his wife and three daughters in Albany, where he is an active member of various community organizations.
