Mr. Palmateer is a former mechanical engineer for General Electric at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (1984-1992) and has been a practicing attorney since 1996. Mr. Palmateer practices in all areas of intellectual property law. His forte is in litigation, licensing, joint ventures, and technology transfers. Prior to joining Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C. in 2000, Mr. Palmateer gained significant experience in general litigation and commercial transactions.
