Linda has been practicing in the area of long-term care planning, estate planning, and estate administration her entire career. Prior to joining the Shevy Law Firm, Linda was a sole practitioner in Niskayuna, New York for over 20 years. Linda enjoys working with people and helping them provide for their families and loved ones.
Linda has been a speaker for the New York State Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, Wildwood Programs, and New York State employee retirement seminars on the topics of estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, and planning for people with disabilities. Linda has served as a trustee of the Wildwood Pool Supplemental Needs Trust since May, 2000.
Linda is a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School and Union College. In addition to working part time with The Shevy Law Firm, Linda enjoys hiking, camping and cross country skiing. She and her husband live in Niskayuna New York.
