Allison Curley - Bay Shore, NY

Allison Curley is an Associate at McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan, LLP, where she has been representing injured workers with determination and care since 2014. With prior experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law, Allison transitioned to Workers’ Compensation in 2011, where she found her passion for directly impacting the lives of clients and their families.

A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law (Class of 2009), Allison was active in trial advocacy and interned with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. She initially aspired to become an ADA but ultimately found her calling in Workers’ Compensation—where she thrives on helping clients receive timely financial and medical relief.

Allison is known for her honest, compassionate, and hands-on approach to client advocacy. She builds strong, personal relationships with her clients, knowing the outcome of a case can shape their future. She values the supportive and hardworking environment at MDASR, LLP and takes pride in being part of a team committed to making a difference.

Outside the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons at the beach or local parks. They reside together in Suffolk County.
