Chester “Chet” Lukaszewski - Bay Shore, NY

Chester “Chet” Lukaszewski is a Partner at McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan, LLP, where he brings over two decades of experience in disability pension and Social Security disability law. A nationally recognized authority in the field, Chet has successfully represented hundreds of municipal workers before New York City and State retirement systems since 2001. The 2025 merger of his practice, which he’d operated since 2008, with MDASR, LLP enhanced the firm’s reach and reinforced its strength, most notably in public-sector disability matters.

Chet earned his B.A. from Loyola College in 1998 and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the N.Y.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
