Overview

Mr. Donohue is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hofstra University received his Law degree from the Hofstra University School of Law. He has practiced in estate planning, administration and litigation including corporate planning and commercial litigation. He participated in an extensive insurance litigation project. He has also practiced real estate law and has practiced before the District, Supreme, Surrogate, and Family Courts of New York, in criminal, custodial and estate matters. Since early 1997 he has devoted his efforts to representing injured workers before the Workers' Compensation Board. He joined the Firm in early 1999 and has continued to advocate on behalf of claimants before the Board at both the trial and appeal levels.
