Mr. Bloom graduated from the State University of New York at Genesco in 2021, where he received a bachelor's degree in English. Mr. Bloom additionally attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated in 2024. While attending Hofstra Law School, Mr. Bloom was awarded the Academic Merit Scholarship and was the Head Research Editor for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal.

Mr. Bloom passed the Universal Bar Examination in July of 2024 and was admitted to Practice in the State of New York in January of 2025. Mr. Bloom is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
