Overview

Zachary Kitton joined Miller & Caggiano, LLP in 2015.

Mr. Kitton graduated from the University at Albany in 2013. He then attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he graduated in 2015. Mr. Kitton accelerated his tenure at Touro by taking additional courses in the winter and summer and increasing his workload during the school year to graduate from law school a semester early. This enabled him to take the last New York State Bar Exam in February of 2016 with success before its change to the UBE (Universal Bar Exam), which has been adopted by New York.

Mr. Kitton began working for Miller & Caggiano, LLP in the settlement department negotiating with insurance carriers to get the highest value settlements for our clients. He worked with Miller & Caggiano throughout law school and continued his legal career with the firm as an attorney. Mr. Kitton has represented an innumerable amount of our clients at hearings to help them achieve maximum benefits, whether it be medical treatment (i.e. surgery, physical therapy) or indemnity benefits.

Mr. Kitton is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, as well as the Injured Workers Bar Association.

Mr. Kitton also received an award to celebrate Long Island’s Young Professionals of 2017. This award was received by only 30 individuals under the age of 30 who have made a notable impact on their business, industry, and community. Mr. Kitton received this award for his contributions to the community and assisting injured workers’ as an attorney working for Miller & Caggiano, LLP.

Mr. Kitton brings new energy to the firm with his drive and passion to help the injured worker.
