Hired Law firm 1995-2021I’ve been using Golden Rosenblat for over 15 years. They are an excellent law firm representing me as a landlord hardly ever had to go to court. They settle the cases the way they should be no problems David GOLD is also excellent on closings.

Consulted Law firm 2023I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Gold & Rosenblatt. My interaction with them, particularly with their assistant and one of their lawyers, was nothing short of unpleasant, leaving me with a strong conviction that potential clients should steer clear of this law firm. Upon calling to inquire about pricing and seeking information, I encountered an assistant who was far from helpful and a lawyer with an utterly nasty attitude. The communication was marred by rudeness and condescension, making the entire experience not only unprofessional but downright uncomfortable. The assistant seemed disinterested in providing information and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect when reaching out to a professional service. Their dismissive tone and lack of willingness to assist painted a dismal picture of the company's commitment to client satisfaction. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened when I spoke with the lawyer. Instead of receiving the assistance I was seeking, I was met with a level of rudeness that was completely uncalled for. The lawyer's demeanor suggested a lack of respect for clients and a blatant disregard for professional courtesy. In any professional setting, effective communication, respect, and a willingness to assist are paramount. It is disheartening to note that Gold & Rosenblatt failed to uphold these basic standards. As a potential client, I felt devalued and disrespected throughout the interaction, leaving me with a firm belief that this law firm is not one I would recommend to anyone seeking legal services. In conclusion, based on my experience, I strongly advise against working with Gold & Rosenblatt. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and condescension exhibited by both the assistant and the lawyer were unacceptable and certainly not indicative of a reputable and client-oriented law firm. There are undoubtedly many other law firms that prioritize professionalism and client satisfaction, and I would encourage individuals to explore those options instead of subjecting themselves to the disrespectful treatment I encountered at Gold & Rosenblatt. How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
