From my personal experience, Mr BARRE is the best asylum lawyer you can get and these are why: Firstly He meticulously built my case: perfecting my affidavit, organizing solid proof, and ensuring all my support documents were airtight, which made my case strong and undeniable !Secondly He trained me for a deep understanding of asylum’s laws and how to constantly match it with my affidavit! And that’s the reel secret!I went to my interview so confident , there wasn’t a single question I couldn’t answer clearly!honestly I knew I was going to win my case!finally as an immigrant himself who been through a real life experience ,with an unmatched expertises, no one can simply beat him, he is unstoppable! On my interview day, I didn’t only see the perfect lawyer, I saw a protector, I saw a brother fighting fearlessly on my behalf! He won my case, he won my 2 friends cases that I referred to him later on, and I’m just waiting for him to win my sister pending case!

Please expect Mr. Abadir to easily put your interests in jeopardy if they conflicted with his "financial" interests. The attorney accepted over 24,000 new clients who were competing with JacobvBiden clients for a very, very limited number of visa interviews and for a limited number of 2021 Diversey Visa Immigration Program. During the representation of clients in Case 3:21-cv-00261 (JacobvBiden), Mr. Abadir appears to have violated at least three rules of Professional Conduct, including Competence, Diligence, and Conflict of Interest, in my opinion. JacobvBiden is a multi-participant lawsuit that challenged the US Department of State's delay in processing the plaintiffs' immigrant visa applications. The attorney did not pay attention to JacobvBiden in a professional manner. To the Second Amended Complaint, Renewed Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and Second Renewed Motion for Class Certification, the attorney forgot to attach any "affidavit[s] or other proof". Consequently, JacobvBien’s Preliminary Injunction and Class Certification motions were denied on 09/03/2021. This is merely one example of Jacob Biden's mishandling; there are many more mishandling incidents that the review space here cannot accommodate.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
