Overview
Attorney Daniel Berger is a lifelong resident of the New York City area. He graduated from New York University Law School in 1992 and has represented Social Security Disability claimants since 1996. For the past 25 years, he has focused his practice on representing the disabled before the Social Security Administration, at administrative hearings and in Federal Court. He is a member of the New York Bar Association, and admitted to the New York Bar. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County-Brooklyn and is admitted to the Eastern District and Southern District Federal Courts of New York. He is a four-time finisher of the New York Marathon.
