For the past 25 years, he has focused his practice on representing the disabled before the Social Security Administration, at administrative hearings and in Federal Court. He is a member of the New York Bar Association, and admitted to the New York Bar. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County-Brooklyn and is admitted to the Eastern District and Southern District Federal Courts of New York. He is a four-time finisher of the New York Marathon.
