Jospeh Provenza joined the Law Office of Della Mura & Ciacci in 2013 and has been handling a wide range of personal injury cases, motor vehicle accidents, trip & falls, slip & falls, construction accidents, wrongful death and breach of contract cases.

Mr. Provenza was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and is proud to assist his fellow New Yorkers receive the just compensation they deserve.

Mr. Provenza received his bachelor degree from Fordham University and earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York State since 2013.

Mr. Provenza has experience with both plaintiff and defense personal injury work. He started out his career with the Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor, MI) Public Defender's Office handling misdemeanor cases as well as working with the New York State Attorney General's Office handling medical malpractice claims.
