Consulted Law firm 2003HE IS AN IDIOT, STUPID AND REALLY ACTS LIKE ECKER. I PLAN TO SUE HIM FOR THE $300 OF REVIEWING MY DOCUMENTS WHICH HE DECIDED TO CALL ANGIOLILLO AND HIS ROLE IN MY SITUATION IS NOW HIS END AND DEATH AS FRAUD. I AM INNOCENT OF EVERYTHING AND THAT HE WAS REJECTED INCLUIDNG FULLER AS I WAS DETERMINED TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING THAT THEY CONJURED UP AS WELL AS LOOKING AT ME QUESTIONABLY THAT THIS FILTH HAD ALREADY BESTOWED IN MIND AS IPLAN TO TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST JONARD AS THIS FILTH IS OUT OF BUSINESS AND FACING THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE TAX FRAUD THAT THIS JERKBERG CREATED WITH FERSEN AND OSTEN. REQUESTING FOR REFUND AND FURTHER THAT THIS BUSINESS AND THE DISCUSSION WITH SAME IDIOT WAS UNSATISFACTORY AS WELL AS DISTURBINGLY STUPID ESPECIALLY IF A LAWYER SHOULD BE ADDRESSING ME LIKE A HUMAN AND CONSIDERED THIS AS A HATE CRIME. TIME TO ADDRESS THAT THIS MORON NOW FACES THE CHALLENGES AS WELL AS POSSIBLY DISBARRMENT AS WELL AS CONSULTANTS TALKING WITH THIS IDIOT AS THIS FILTH IS FACING CHARGES OF FRAUD AS WELL AS LAWSUITS. TIME I DO NOT REMEMBER. BUT ACTIONS TO HAVE HIS THOUGHT ON THE MATTER TO DROP DEAD AS HE IS GOING TO PRISON FOR HOLDING THIS MATTER BACK ON WHAT HE ASSUMED AS WELL AS THOUGHT. BELIEVE ME THIS FILTH DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO THINK AS A POMPOUS FAT BLOB WHO IS MENTALLY ILL/

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
