Hired Law firm 2020-2022This is literally THE worst lawyer to ever walk the earth. He is lazy, incompetent, uninvolved, unconcerned, unreliable, and untrustworthy. It was a complete waste of time and money to even deal with this person. My case now has to be passed on to another lawyer because he failed do make any action towards my benefit. He missed court dates and never bothered to mention it and when I asked why was told because I’m not his only client. He never responds to correspondence without harassment and even then fails to satisfy you with a complete answer. Stay far away from this unprofessional wannabe lawyer who operates from a box with no support systems in place. If you want your case handle right with integrity this is not your guy. If you want to be ignored and overlooked then he is the man for you. The worst lawyer I unequivocally have ever dealt with.

Hired Law firm 2020-2022Whatever you do don’t use this lawyer. He is a terrible excuse for a professional. He shouldn’t be allowed to practice. He is irresponsible and have no regard for his clients. He lies and avoids any accountability. How would you like to pay someone who ignores you constantly? You will chase him for answers and he acts as if he is doing you a favor. He is very unresponsive and will never give you complete answers. Do yourself a favor and avoid the heart ache of using this clown.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
