Hired Law firm 2017-2019I Mickey Lucifer Boom, Do not like not approve of Stephen w. Edwards work. He has this court case. Going around in circles. The hard facts are right there in his face. His investigation is not as accurate as he boast about him being ine of the best lawyers and how his other clients love his work. There are too many hard facts on my file for him to have not just to dismiss this entire case. I should not have had to come back and forth to court all the way from 2017 on a closed and reopened case. Mr. Edwards is clearly displaying signs of dementia and I believe he just needs to retire and hand my case over to someone who's better qualified and more knowledgeable to what's going on with myself and the other person's filing these crimes against me. Honestly this whole situation is just plain old slander and nonsense and I'm come to the point of filing a countersuit for $9000 for fraud and Harassment against to 2 defendants who are filing stalking and Harassment on me. And now he's trying to convince me to take a guilty plea with a 1 year mental inpatient treatment. No cause I'm not guilty at all. A lie detector test is well indeed necessary. Can Someone help me get a new lawyer with the Legal Aid Society. It's like he's trying to get me to lie on myself or something. Then saying that I'm fantasizing about this female. But denies the fact that we all need a lie detector test to prove my innocence.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
