My name is Andrew A. Bokser and over the last 34 years I have represented clients in all phases of divorce and family law. My offices are conveniently located in Brooklyn and Garden City. I have represented many clients in my matrimonial and family law practice in courts throughout the New York City metropolitan area, including all five boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island), as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. My client's cases have encompassed the entire spectrum of family law including, divorce, maintenance (alimony and spousal support), custody and visitation rights, child support, child abuse and neglect, domestic adoption, domestic violence, restraining orders or orders of protection, post-decree modifications, paternity suits, prenuptial agreements, and the equitable distribution and division of property. The representation of my clients span from the commencement of the action through settlement, trial, or if necessary, appeal.
