Overview

Daniel J. Lieberman as counsel to the firm brings with him in excess of 30 years experience in a wide variety of real estate matters, including without limitation, to residential and commercial sales and purchases, drafting and negotiating leases. and represents many lending institutions in New York. In addition, he has prepared and filed in excess of 100 cooperative and condominium offering plans with the NYS Attorney General.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was in-house attorney for one of the largest mortgage bankers in the metropolitan tri-state area for 24 years. In his capacity as bank attorney, representing many lending institutions in New York, he has advised many of New York's largest lenders on issues related to CEMA, Co-op and condo real estate. Currently, as lead counsel to one of New York's premier mortgage bankers, he has assisted the lender to navigate thru the many difficulties facing the lending industry, thereby assuring continued regulatory compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the various regulatory agencies.

Daniel is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the field of real estate practice.

Daniel is a NYPD Auxiliary Police officer for the past 13 years and is a certified team member of the Civilian Emergency Response Team for the last 10 years.
