Overview
Joshua Kurz is an Associate Attorney at Korsinsky & Klein LLP. Joshua assists clients with their estate planning and asset protection needs. He prepares Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Last Wills and Testaments, Health Care Proxies, and Powers of Attorney. He also represents clients with their Estate & Trust administration needs, including filing various Surrogate Court proceedings and assisting executors and trustees with liquidating estate and trust assets.
Joshua has significant experience with the New York State Long Term Medicaid application process and has represented hundreds of clients and their families with the preparation and submission of their Medicaid application. He has also assisted clients with setting up their Pooled Income Trusts and coordinating the necessary evaluations for his clients to begin receiving Medicaid Home Care Services.
Joshua has also presented at senior centers regarding the importance of proper estate planning. He is also on the legal advisory board of Links, an organization that provides guidance and resources to widows and orphans.
When Joshua isn’t helping clients with their Trusts and Estate’s needs, he is usually chasing after his two-year old triplets, or watching how-to videos with his six-year old daughter.
