Overview

JUSTIN P. DALEY concentrates his practice on representing individuals and fiduciaries in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions as well as representing fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates. He has experience in leasing, financing, sales and acquisitions of commercial and residential real estate, including large commercial properties, single and multifamily homes and multimillion-dollar condominiums and cooperative apartments in New York City, as well as in Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Mr. Daley counsels borrowers in trust acquisitions, Section 1031 exchanges and structured financings. He has also successfully litigated real estate matters in both Supreme and Surrogate’s Courts throughout New York. Mr. Daley also represents both individuals and entities with complex estate plans involving business succession planning for closely held business entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships and family businesses.

A graduate of Arizona State University and Quinnipiac University School of Law, Mr. Daley is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the St. Patrick’s Society of Brooklyn and the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn and serves on the Board of Directors of Norwegian Christian Home & Health Center. Mr. Daley is also a member of the Friends of the Great Swamp, an organization committed to protecting and supporting the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge located in Morris County, New Jersey. His hobbies include raising chickens and tending to his apple orchard. He resides in Meyersville, New Jersey with his wife and children.
