Overview
As a Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Allison focuses her practice on all aspects of military and national security law. She represents clients in Article 32 hearings and courts-martial in a variety of felony and misdemeanor matters, as well as administrative separation hearings, appellate actions, adverse military personnel actions, and security clearance revocation proceedings. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Weber spent seven years in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. Most recently, she was a military and civil law attorney-advisor for U.S. Army Europe. Weber advised senior ranking AR15-6 investigating officers, reviewed completed investigations, advised on inspector general investigations and reviewed financial liability for property loss investigations for legality and regulatory compliance. She also managed the Financial Disclosure Management system by advising and assisting personnel with ethical matters and ensuring appropriate disclosures were made in compliance with the program.
