Two adult children and two grandchildren reside in the area while his eldest son resides in New York City and is Executive Director of the Astoria Performing Arts Center. Charles received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from SUNY Buffalo and his Juris Doctor Degree from the SUNY Buffalo Law School. His areas of concentration are in Criminal Law, Family Law and Real Estate. He has been chief counsel on several high profile news worthy criminal and litigation cases both in and around Western New York.
