Danielle M. Wittmeyer - Buffalo, NY

Danielle Wittmeyer became a licensed registered nurse in 2008, after graduating from Trocaire College with honors distinction. She originally started her career in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant with Elderwood at Hamburg nursing facility in 1998. Enjoying making a difference in people’s lives, she worked her way up to a licensed practical nurse then to an Assistant RN Unit Manager with Elderwood at Hamburg. Over the years, she has worked in the many diverse fields of nursing; such as a school RN with special needs children, a clinical RN manager for pediatric and adults with developmental disabilities, and as an RN manager who helped open up one of WNY’s first emergency foster care group homes with Baker Victory Services. Danielle spent a couple of years with South Buffalo Mercy Hospital on both the cardiac and post-surgical units working with a variety of patients. Her most recent work was with the for New York State Department of Corrections, where she worked as a nurse in their special housing unit dealing with inmates that had both medical and mental health challenges. Ms. Wittmeyer joined the firm in 2019.
