Attorney Information

Overview

I am excited to be a part of the team at The Barnes Firm because I have a passion for fighting for those who have suffered life changing injuries caused by someone else’s negligence.

I have successfully represented many individuals in personal injury cases including auto accidents, construction accidents, slip/trip and fall cases, and complex medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases and I have obtained several recoveries of over $1.0 million for victims of medical malpractice. I have also experienced these cases from the defense perspective by defending personal injury cases for several insurance companies.

My unique experience allows me to represent you with an appreciation for the injuries that you have suffered and how your life has changed as well as an understanding of the aspects of your case that the insurance company will find significant. I rely upon this insight and experience in the evaluation, preparation and presentation of your case to obtain the best result possible for you. My litigation experience includes over 10 years of representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases through all aspects of civil litigation including mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals. I have been recognized by my peers in Super Lawyers, Rising Stars for Upstate New York, for both 2019 and 2020. I am competitive by nature, having played NCAA Division 1 golf at Canisius College and continuing to pursue competitive local amateur events, and this has taught me the value of dedication, persistence, focus and preparation. These are key values and traits that I use in representing every client to the best of my ability.
