Prior to joining Lipsitz Green, Mr. Ginter was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, where he served as a public defender in a wide range of complex criminal and white-collar matters. He also defended indigent clients as a member of the Bar Association of Erie County's Assigned Counsel Program.
